RETURNS & EXCHANGE  POLICY FOR FURNITURE

Our aim is that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from our online store. In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our products, you may return the item(s) within seven (7) days for a exchange, store credit or a refund of the purchase price  less the cost of the original shipping and  a 15%  restocking fee it will be applicable. Refund process  will be made with the original method of payment of the  transaction, once the item is received in our shipping warehouse. Client is responsible for shipping costs from and to our warehouse.

 

Please remember to retain the original packaging until you are sure that you will be keeping the item. The item and packaging must be in brand new, resalable condition to be eligible for return. Items must be shipped securely in their original packaging, and you must contact us within 7  days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please check your parcel for damages, if any, upon receipt. To be certain there are no damages, you may open your parcel while delivery driver is still on location. If you see damages it would be ideal to take a picture of the damaged box and item, and to report the damage on the BOL (Bill of Lading) or to reject the shipment altogether depending on the damage. Contact us immediately if this issue arises. Urbano Vintej  cannot take responsibility for any damages if the above actions were not taken.

Free Shippings

​

 Any free shipping applied to your original order may be deducted from your refund. For example, if we offered free shipping on your order, we will refund you for the purchase price of the returned items, but we will deduct our actual shipping costs. The 7-day money back guarantee period will begin from the date that the customer receives its product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be three business days from the date of dispatch. Item must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled and complete with any accessories.

If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of extra 15% will be charged and taken off the total refund.

Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. Therefore, the following fees and charges will not be reimbursed:

- Delivery charges from Urbano Vintej

- Delivery charges to return the product to Urbano Vintej

The customer must comply with directions from Urbano Vintej staff to facilitate a return.

Upon receipt of the products, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within thirty (30) business days.

Refunds are typically issued through the same transaction method you used in the original purchase. Should you wish to be refunded through a different method, please call our customer service center at 1-888 8941599 

All returns require an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Urbano Vintej The warehouse will refuse any returns without this authorization.

To return a purchase, please simply follow these instructions below :

  1. Send us an email to info@urbanovintej.ca call us within the 7-day period after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form.

  2. Prior to returning the item, this form must be filled out and emailed back to rinfo@urbanovintej.ca or faxed for approval. Add a picture of the packaged product you want to return.

  3. Please attach the Return Form to each box being returned. Original receipt is needed for any returns. The address will be provided upon advice of the refund/return request.

 

SALE items are considered a FINAL sale and can not be returned  for refund or exchange.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY RETURNS

​

We have a rigorous quality check practice in place to verify all items twice before they are shipped out.. Each order is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during the shipping process. While cases are rare, damages do happen once in a while.

All items must be opened and checked by the customer at time of delivery before the delivery person leaves, otherwise we cannot be liable for damage incurred during transit.

If a customer is to receive a damaged or faulty product, they must notify Urbano Vintej  by phone at 1 800 094 1599  upon receipt of the goods and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, you must tell the driver you reject the delivery due to damage during shipping and note it on the receipt with ‘Damaged Upon Arrival’. In order to process your claim, please send us up to three (3) pictures including one of the box that the item shipped in, or a video  and describe the issue in as much detail as possible to info@urbanovintej.ca  All damage not noted with the driver present can not be claimed. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material. After delivery is refused, our customer service staff will file a claim and work with you in a timely manner .

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY ALL DECOR

We provide  7 days Return on all our Decor accesories : Lamps, clocks, wall Art, etc. as long as they are in  new condition, shipment returns are paid by customer. Once We get the package in our quarters , your refund will be given in the same form that was purchased in the  next 30 days

If returned products are not in their full original condition and packaging, including all original wrappings, a restocking fee of extra 10% will be charged and taken off the total refund.
