Offline Purchase

1. Buyer makes an offer

2. Offer is checked

3. Online inventory is reviewed 

4. Offer is accepted and 25% Non-refundable deposit is requested.

5. Once Deposit is confirmed, piece is marked as pending on website and on  advertising, Address for pick up is or dates for delivery is provided.

6. Final payment is due when  pick up or if delivery  at door is chosen , payment in full is required before delivery day.

Online Purchase

1. Buyer purchase directly in our website

2. Piece is automatically marked as SOLD by the system

3. Buyer receives email confirmation of purchase

4. During the 48 hrs after the purchase,  buyer receives an email and text with available dates and times for pick up or delivery.
